Production Lead Time:
We make all of our parts to order, and normal production lead time is roughly 10-12 weeks before shipping, During heavy production loads, the lead time can extend to 14+ weeks.
Shipping Cost:
We have provided several shipping selections for the most common product options. However, if you are combining shipping or choose a selection that does not match your order, we will invoice you for the proper shipping costs prior to shipping your order. For any questions about shipping costs, please call or email us PRIOR to placing your order.
Damage Policy
We make sure to securely package all items that leave our facility. We request that customers thoroughly inspect all shipments for damage BEFORE signing and accepting items from the delivery driver. In the rare event that damage is found, PLEASE REJECT THE DELIVERY and contact us afterwards. We are not liable for any damage that is found after accepting delivery.
All Sales Are Final:
All of our parts are custom made to order, and as noted in our Terms and Conditions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations for any reason once an order is placed are not allowed.
