Description
When designing this new cooler, CSF wanted to ensure the best possible performance while ensuring the cooler was as durable as possible. As you've seen, oil coolers and other heat exchangers can take quite a beating over time. CSF utilizes an extremely rugged and durable Bar/Plate design which can stand up to far more abuse. The "Aero-Flow" Bar design reduces weight compared to other Bar/Plate designs while maintaining maximum strength and air-flow. These "Aero-Flow" bars improve heat dissipation with high density turbulated multi-louvered fins. Turbulation increases the turbulent flow through a tube, effectively increasing heat exchange rates and abilities. At around 50% larger in size, the CSF Oil Cooler increases both fluid capacity and core surface area. The overall performance of the Oil Cooler far exceeds the factory cooler's limits. 100% All-Aluminum construction ensures the best performance and durability. In addition, the black powder coat finish provides extra protection and offers an OEM look behind the grille of your E30. All products are shipped via UPS, USPS, Fedex DHL and through LTL Service providers for oversize items.

Your item may be subjected to being drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our 3rd Party warehouses.

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please contact us for further instructions. All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Fly1 Motorsports within 48 Hours of receiving your order.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

    1. Keep the product with its original packaging and box 
    2. Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s) 
    3. Fly1 Motorsports will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Fly1 Motorsports.

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

If you are in a rush for an order or require special arrangements then please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
